Description: EPC rating of residential buildings. These EPCs were completed when the property was sold, rented or constructed.

Description: Low to high rated areas of air pollution by neighbourhood areas.

Fuel poverty

Description: Fuel poverty 2019 data measured as low income low energy efficiency (LILEE). Under the UK government’s definition a household is seen as living in fuel poverty if they have a residual income below the poverty line (after accounting for required fuel costs) and live in a home that has an energy efficiency rating below B and C.

Description: Individuals registered with using pre-payment meters for energy (filtered by postcode)

Council owned land and assets

Greater Manchester council land and building assets
Publisher: Greater Manchester local authorities (Bolton, Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Tameside, Wigan). No data was supplied by Stockport or Trafford. Individual data files are provided by each local authority to GMCA (previously New Economy) and compiled by Salford City Council.

These data sources are used as course content in the diagnosis workshops (no. 1-4). Later in the project we will release a facilitators guide with more details.
