Fuel poverty
Description: Fuel poverty 2019 data measured as low income low energy efficiency (LILEE). Under the UK government’s definition a household is seen as living in fuel poverty if they have a residual income below the poverty line (after accounting for required fuel costs) and live in a home that has an energy efficiency rating below B and C.

Greater Manchester council land and building assets
Publisher: Greater Manchester local authorities (Bolton, Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Tameside, Wigan). No data was supplied by Stockport or Trafford. Individual data files are provided by each local authority to GMCA (previously New Economy) and compiled by Salford City Council.
